When NetSpend and metaBank refused to remove the hold, customer filed a lawsuit with Consumer Fraud Legal Services LLC.
The Judge ruled that NetSpend and MetaBank were in breach of contract as well as violation the Washington Consumer Fraud for refusing to release the funds.
