Customer had unauthorized charges on Rushcard that were disputed.
When RushCard and MetaBank refused to refund the disputed charges, customer filed a lawsuit with Consumer Fraud Legal Services LLC.
The Judge ruled that RushCard and MetaBank violated the Electronic Funds Transfer Act in mishandling the dispute of the unauthorized transactions.

I have been a member of Rushcard for several years and they have just recently started losing my money and they were holding my deposits so Mr. Thomas sued them for me. He kept me updated with what was going on. I'd use him again.

I was a victim of a financial problem with rush card .i searched the Internet for a lawyer who would be able to help me and luckily I came across Blake Thomas .
